Of course, it falls on a page that has nothing but FAT, Thunder Thighs, and FUCK written all over it. It could have fall open on any of my less obvious and almost normal ones, but had to fall on that one.
Only one person saw it, I think. It was only for a second, but the girl sitting next to me stopped like someone had pressed her pause button. Her face froze on this kinda strained smile, and then she just went back to what she was doing. It was kinda surreal, but she didn’t say anything. She acted like it didn’t even happen.

Diet officially blown as of yesterday. I’m going to try and continue it, but i honestly think it will be impossible at my friends house. I seriously want to cry. the only way i could possible continue is if i skip breakfast and lunch, but i can only do that on week days, the weekend I’m just screwed. Even if i skip those meals, the food they make has so many calories in it it probably wouldn’t matter on the days below 400.
I did way better today, i came in just around 400 i estimate, i wasn’t able to measure properly. i did skip breakfast and lunch, drank a ton of water and coffee though. Black Coffee is my new best friend, wehn i drink it o an empty stomach it kills my appetite.

The one thing I’m not sure about this diet is how exact i have to be about the calorie intake. Can take in much less than 300 or do i try to get as close as possible?
I’m not very hungry anymore. i normally don’t get any hunger cravings until late at night. I actually have to remind myself to eat. It’s funny, cause during the first two day of my diet my stomach was pretty much like “FEED ME NOW, BITCH FACE! RAARRRWWWW!”
